Bouncy Castle Rental Terms & Conditions

By confirming a booking with Maison Tini, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. No dates or equipment will be reserved without full settlement of the invoice.

2. Cancellation Policy
All payments made are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the client, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Site Accessibility
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the event location is fully accessible for delivery, setup, and collection of the equipment.
If our team is unable to access the location due to restrictions, obstacles, or inaccurate information provided, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total invoice value will apply.

4. Power Supply
Unless otherwise agreed in advance, the client or venue is responsible for providing a suitable and reliable power source for hired equipment.

5. Use, Care & Responsibility
The client is responsible for ensuring that all equipment is used safely and appropriately at all times.

No shoes, food or drinks allowed inside the bouncy castle. The bouncy castle must be returned as it was received. Any excessive mess that can be attributed to misuse will be charged accordingly.
Any loss or damage to the bouncy castles or related equipment resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions may result in additional charges for repair or full replacement.
